Why do i do this?

Discovering Notion from YouTube at that time when i curious about optimizing everyday life-work. From that time, begin using Notion as a tool to organize my work-life. Then Habits Tracker, Financial Tracker, Everyday Planner, and note taking apps. After some time, my Notion page turn out to be my Project Management, Knowledge Management, and Financial Management tools.

Simply: i fall in love with the idea of creating system through Notion

To make my learning curve steeper, i manage to create personalized page for my friends and family based on their concern and problems.

Pajera Group Content OS — Operating System

INTRO

Pajera Group is a small office with their main business is selling product via Online Advertising, Pajera need to have seamless connection between Advertiser and Content Creator team in order to make everyday works easier.

PROBLEM

  1. No Synchronized Database for every content that have been produced, so the Advertiser team need extra effort to find it
  2. Request, Revision, and Completed page spreaded too far, so it is not convenient to use
  3. Request, Revision, Completed page is not connected/synchronized
  4. The Content Database is messy

SOLUTION

So i Develop Centralized Page for all problems that have been written above:

  1. Request, Revision, and Completed page now in one page, and only need a tagging in order to work, and it’s fully synchronized to master database
  2. Content master database
  3. Master Database is not messy again

Nuansa Studio Project Management System

INTRO

Nuansa Studio is a creative studio that mainly specializing in providing content for Social Media Advertiser, their problem was not occured in the early stage of their business, but once the client started to come, it get’s messy, and messier.

First 10 Clients might be easy to work, and the workspaces still pretty, but what if you work with 50 clients in one time?

The workspaces might be super messy and hard to work with

PROBLEM

  1. Workspaces was only 1 page and need to redirected to other page in order to work well(Bad Experience, Slow Loading)

  2. Request, Revision, and Completed page spreaded too far, so it is not convenient to use

  3. Submission Page is not optimized to be stored into database, need to move it one by one

  4. Main Workspace and Project Timeline is one synchronized and need to move into another page to see the timeline

  5. Request, Revision, and Completed page is not syncronized in one database

SOLUTION

  1. Make the database and place it into Backend Page, so it won’t be deleted or moved unintentionally
  2. Main Workspaces: Request, Revision, Completed, and Submission Page page is now on one place and fully synchonized, also addition of Personal Timeline for every employees
  3. Rework on Main Workspaces, thanks to the feedback from the employees
  4. Easier page direction, because of the placements are on the top of the page
